Alarm Systems and Sprinkler Inspection Annual Alarm Inspection Annual Sprinkler Inspection Inoperable Deficiency: Four Seasons Hall @ Room 2 Pull Station was damage and kept FACP in Alarm. Bedroom in Room 2 has missing smoke detector. Room 1-10 and hall smoked between them have no power to them. Need to investigate power issue and wires. There’s a zone wire disconnected in FACP and when connected it sets panel into alarm. Traced it down to hall Pull Station. Need to investigate. Smoke detector missing in Kitchen Hall. Building has Central 804A recalled heads. Need to replace.
