Panel is bad it either got hit by lighting or a power surge. Panel has no 24v power. This causing the doors not to hold and was the reason the ac was not running. I added a MR101 to a NAC circuit to get the AC running.

The quote below is for the Annual Alarm Inspection of different systems: Alarm Systems Inspection Annual Alarm Inspection (Edwards) (2-systems) Inoperable Deficiency: Upon Arrival FACP appeared to be normal and LED Was functional. Upon opening panel door the screen went blank. Checked all wiring and all was correct and connected. I set off several fire alarm devices and FACP acknowledged it but would not read on screen, as far as location and type of device. Signals did go to Monotoring station. If a fire device goes off location and type of device will not known. System will be red Tagged. Particular panel model is no longer made. Spoke with management and they advised that they had the same problem and panel screen was replaced.
